From our friends at Elements Truffles.  These tea biscuits are an ode to Einkorn - known as the ancient grain. It is a non-hybridized wheat with a weak gluten structure. This wheat is grown with organic methods & stone milled in the US. We are celebrating the grain in its original flavor of goodness.
