Suggested Use:
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Adults and children ≥ age 4: take 1 tsp (5 mL) three times daily. Children age 1-3: take ¼ tsp (1.2 mL) three times daily. Most effective when taken straight or in purified water (dechlorinated) and on an empty stomach. We recommend an introductory period for adults and children with gut sensitivity. Start with 1/8 tsp (0.6 mL) daily, slowly working up to the recommended serving size.
