Blue Lotus Tea

This Blue Lotus Tea is a gorgeous variety, (Nymphaea Caerulea) which has been ethically harvested at the peak of maturity with deep blue to purple petals and beautiful yellow stamens; the bulbs are completely removed during processing. As the bulb weight is approximately 50% - 60% of the total weight, these pure petals and stamens that offer significantly more volume and freshness. 

The main differences between the varieties of Nymphaea caerulea are centered on their source and origins. The harvesting, processing, and drying methods; such as whether the flowers were broken up or left whole, and whether the bulbs were chopped or sliced.

We prefer the whole flower, as they have had less processing and thus will hold their potency longer, also allowing for customized usage.  Not to mention, they look beautiful. 

Usage:  Pour One Tablespoon per Cup into boiling hot water and allow to steep for five minutes. Ideal before bedtime for restful sleep and a lucid dream.
