Deep Sleep

Haurvatat Deep Sleep is formulated to contain a precise sub-perceptual microdose of select beta-carbolines blended with boletus edulis mushroom extracts that improve the onset of restorative slow-wave deep sleep and brain detoxification.  In general, there are 4 stages of sleep: wake, light sleep, deep sleep, and REM. REM (Rapid eye movement) is considered the deepest stage of sleep. Cycles earlier in the night tend to have more deep sleep while later cycles have a higher proportion of REM. REM is also the sleep cycle where most dreams happen.

 While all types of sleep are essential, deep-wave sleep could be considered the most essential. If your sleep is restless and non-restorative, you may lack sufficient deep sleep. REM sleep assists memory differently than deep sleep, focusing on social-emotional memories and helping to identify and recall memories.

 Directions:  

• Take one capsule 15 minutes before sleeping and at least 3 hours after eating.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take it if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult with your physician prior to use if you have high blood pressure or a medical condition, or if you take any prescription medications (including but not limited to MAO inhibitors and antidepressants).
• Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
