So helpful and calming

I absolutely love these mints. As a night owl, my mind is always racing late in the evening and it often affects my sleep. Taking one of these before bed helps me relax and wind down for sleep every night. They work like a charm and taste good too!

Perfect before bed

Love these

I use use the dream mints for the nights where I have trouble falling asleep. It’s a slow release, so for me within 45 minutes I’ll begin feeling the effects and drift off to dreamland. This last pack will last a while for me.
