Lavender Oil

Extracted from the flowering tops of lavender grown in amethyst hued fields in southern France. Truly a classic, the soothing, calming caress of lavender essence has been adored as an apothecary staple for centuries. 

Gentle inhalation of this essential oil helps promote relaxation, ease depression and can be a useful sleep aid. It also has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Suggested Use:  It is generally safe to apply directly to the skin. Lavender oil may help tone, condition, and softens appearance of scars and spots. For aroma therapeutic benefits, place a drop or two of an essential oil on your pillow at night or on a cool, damp cloth and drape the cloth over or near your face for a few minutes as you inhale. 

When using a diffuser, add 3-5 drops of Living Libations Essential Oil.  For a bath start with 6 drops.  For massage,15-20 drops of essential oil may be added to 1 ounce of carrier oil or lotion. Straight from the bottle: open the bottle and take a whiff!
